With our easy monthly plan you can rent up to 3 item maternity wardrobe that fits your life right now. Your membership includes delivery, prepaid returns, professional cleaning and cover for normal wear, so there is nothing extra to organise. There is no long term commitment, and you can pause or cancel anytime.

Common questions

How many items can I hold at once?

With the current capsule plan you’ll hold between 1 and 3 wardrobe pieces at a time. As our inventory grows we will be offering larger capsule plans with more pieces.

Can I change my capsule?

Yes. As things change, you can easily adjust your next capsule (number of pieces, styles and sizes) in your account each month.

How do returns work?

Simply pop items into the reusable satchel (provided) and book a free courier pick-up on NZ Post website. Click here to book a pick-up

Can I buy an item I love?

Yes - members get a special buy-it price on their favourites.

How do sizes work?

We provide NZ sizes and exact measurements for each item so you can choose with confidence.

What if something doesn’t fit?

We offer free size swaps. To get your perfect fit faster, we ask that you try the garments on shortly after they arrive and request a size swap within 2 days from box delivery.

When will I be charged and how do I pay?

Your membership is charged monthly on the same date you sign up. For example, if you join on the 15th, your payment will be processed on the 15th of each month.

We accept major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, UnionPay, Visa) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are secure and managed automatically, so there is nothing extra to remember.

Can I pause or cancel?

Absolutely, just return items before your next billing date and then pause, switch plans, or cancel in a couple of clicks.

What about baby mess or stains?

Baby mess happens and we know that is part of this stage of life. Spit up, milk dribbles and other everyday mishaps are exactly why we take care of the cleaning for you. Just send your items back as normal and we will professionally clean them. We do not expect pieces to come back in perfect condition after real life wear. If something more serious happens, please just let us know. We want The Nesting Closet to feel practical and supportive, not stressful.

What about damage?

Light wear is expected and accidental damage cover is included for
repairable mishaps. Loss, theft and irreparable damage isn’t covered and
will result in charges for repairing or replacing the product.

Are there breastfeeding-friendly options?

Yes, all of our tops and dresses are nursing-friendly.
